• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not impersonate any individual or organization.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Salute allows users to create, upload, share, and interact with content including posts, messages, profiles, and media ("User Content"). By using the platform, you agree to the following:

Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post. You agree your content will not be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene; promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech; infringe on intellectual property rights; or contain false or misleading information.

Content Moderation & Enforcement: Salute reserves the right to monitor, review, remove, or restrict access to any content at our discretion. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Reporting & Blocking: Users can report content or users that violate these Terms, and block other users to prevent further interaction. We review reports and take appropriate action including content removal and account restrictions.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Salute maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or bullying, hate speech or discrimination, threats or incitement of violence, and exploitation or harmful behavior. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

Safety & Platform Integrity: We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. By using Salute, you agree to help uphold these standards. Failure to comply may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account.

• Direct messages must comply with all conduct rules above.
• You may not use messaging to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing content.
• Users have the right to block other users and report abusive messaging.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Salute a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App. Do not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Salute may offer optional paid features and recurring subscriptions, including Salute Premium for individual members and SALUTE Pro Business for eligible business accounts. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Paid checkout may be completed through a third-party hosted payment provider.

Salute has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any form of sexualization or exploitation of minors. Violations are reported to law enforcement as required by applicable law. You can report child safety concerns in-app from any profile, post, or chat, or by emailing partner@allsalute.com.
